- Log into your account.
- Click on the down arrow next to your portrait to open the dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
- Click the “Data & settings” link.
- Click on “Amend subscription.”
- Enter your password for verification.
- Read through the details about canceling your auto-renewal and click the link at the bottom of the page to begin the cancellation process. This button will only turn off the automatic renewal feature – your current subscription will still run its full term.
- Go through to the confirmation page.
While these are the directions for canceling your eharmony Membership, is it possible to get a full refund at eharmony if you’re dissatisfied with the service? You have three days from the time of purchase to request a refund. This will be paid out within ten days of eharmony’s receipt of your written cancellation notice.
How to Cancel Elite Singles

- Login to Zoosk.com.
- Click on “Settings” in the menu on the left side.
- Select the menu “Subscription” on the right side; this will take you to your subscription page.
